Nearly 25 years after receiving his first pair of drumsticks, drumming has taken Sean Rainey across the globe. Finding joy with a wide variety of musical styles and cultures, Sean has traveled Europe with an award winning concert band, studying traditional drumming in Ghana, and toured the US several times with the Three Irish Tenors. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Sean maintains a busy performance and teaching schedule in Los Angeles as well as session work for the major film studios. He performs with Poor Mister Rich, Wild Roses, The Aggrolites, Dub Thief and is the percussionist for the world premier of Skullduggery: The Musical Prequel to Hamlet. Sean is the co-founder of Happy Human Music Project, a music education organization that focuses on private lessons and concerts featuring students performing with professional ensembles. He is a Vic Firth Teaching Endorsee.
